Terms of Use

In order to ensure employee safety and customer satisfaction, we require you to agree to the following terms of use:

1. COVID-19

   1. Due care and attention to the rules and guidelines laid out by Health Canada, regarding physical interactions during this pandemic, must be given by our staff, as well as you, our customers.
   2. Masks and gloves are worn by our staff during packaging and delivery of your product. As well, we sanitize and sterilize everything we can, whenever it’s prudent to do so.
   3. We ask that you wear a mask and gloves when accepting delivery, and take any additional steps you feel are required to keep you, and our staff, safe during these troubling times.
   4. You will respect these rules and procedures, and do everything you can to abide by them during our delivery interactions.
   5. We Care about our Employees and You! – Stay Safe, Wash your hands!
       

2. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

   1. Due to the volume of sales and nature of the suppliers, we cannot always guarantee everything is available. We do strive to keep our inventory up to date, and fresh at all times.
   2. Substitutions will be suggested, or rain-cheques offered in the event that the products you ordered cannot be fulfilled in the alloted time.
       

3. Payment must be received before product is delivered, or at the time of delivery for COD.

   1. e-Transfer is very much preferred in order to maintain current health standards.
   2. Returning e-Transfers, or Cash once accepted, is not possible. However; store credit, or products can be provided, of equal or greater value.
       

4. Products cannot be returned, due to the current health restrictions…

   1. Discounts and/or free products will be given when required. Just let us know what’s wrong, and we are more than happy to help.
   2. Your happiness and satisfaction matters the most to us!
       

5. Deliveries are made during the time window selected during checkout. Orders shipped via Canada Post will be sent at this time as well.

   1. You are responsible for being available during the selected time window to receive your order.
   2. All deliveries must be to a Canadian Citizen, 19 years or older, at a Canadian address.
   3. You agree that you do not work for, with, or are affiliated in any way, with any law enforcement agencies or officers.
   4. Paid orders may be left at your door, at your own risk, if you do not reply to the text messages or emails in a timely manner. We do try hard to ensure you have received it before leaving.
   5. You must be available at the time of delivery for COD orders. Bad karma otherwise, and it’s just not cool. Don’t be bad.
   6. All delivery orders are guaranteed to be delivered in discreet packaging, by professional, caring, secure drivers. Packaging is sanitized and basically everything is sterilized, during packing and during delivery.
   7. We cannot guarantee delivered orders will always arrive during the allotted time window, due to Traffic, or Acts of Mother Nature. But we will sure try hard, and we have been 99% successful in meeting that window so far. We strive to get it to you as soon as it’s safely possible to do so. (Drones would be cool!)
   8. All orders once shipped are guaranteed by Canada Post to arrive on time, with the exception of Newfoundland, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories. (For more details: XpressPost FAQs)
   9. Fraser Bud will not be responsible for lost orders due to:
      – mistakes made by the postal offices, including damages by postal service (insurance excluded)
      – wrong address given by the customer, or unit number not provided, or expired PO BOX numbers.
      – stolen packages after delivery.
   10. Any package returned to us by Canada Post, or by our delivery drivers, will be subject a $15 re-shipping fee (regardless of original free shipping or not.)
   11. Orders over $200 that are shipped via Canada Post will require a signature to receive. If you do not want a signature required then please leave a note in your order, or email us. Please note: If you revoke the signature requirement on your order, then we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
